In 1993, Jasmine started her property management career with Pentagon Property Services as a Building Executive for Katong Shopping Centre and shortly promoted to Senior Building Executive due to recommendation by the Management Council. She was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the retail cum office development; M&E upgrading works; common areas upgrading and repair; liaison with the project consultants and contractors on the successful completion of these works and the formulation of the Fire Emergency Plan.

In 1994, she joined Henry Butcher Appraisal Group Pte Ltd as a valuer for HDB’s properties and was invited to participate in the property management department to handle a portfolio of MCST properties.

In 1995, Jasmine joined M/s Knight Frank Estate Management Pte Ltd (then known as Knight Frank Pte Ltd) as a Condominium Manager for Central Green Condominium. She has worked along well with the Developer from TOP to the formation of the 1st Management Council. Her professional management and interaction skills had ensured the smooth handing over of the condominium to the Management Corporation and she continued her service till the MCST held its 4th AGM.

In 2002, Jasmine joined M/s Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants Pte Ltd as Property Manager responsible for a portfolio of MCST properties. Her passion for Property Management is evident in the feedbacks received from owners and residents, and she has good working relationship with Management Councils as well. Below listed some projects which she was involved:

In 2004, she decided to form a company which clients would be proud of with HILANDAS being their Managing Agent, and this decision has proven to be right.

Eric obtained his B.Com Degree in Property & Finance from Curtin University of Technology (WA) in 2000. He is also a qualified Fire Safety Manager and has been practising as FSM since 1995 for commercial buildings like Bukit Timah Shopping Center, Apollo Center, Hougang Green Shopping Mall, Roxy Square Shopping Center and Ming Arcade.

Eric started his property management career with Yumin Properties & Management Pte Ltd after his graduation from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1989. He then managed a portfolio of MCST developments from residential to industrial properties and also involved in the rental management services for some condominium units for which the company was the local representative of the foreign investors.

He then spent his next 3 years with SCMS Property & Management Pte Ltd as a condominium manager where he was involved in strata title management, day-to-day supervision of service contractors, special projects including estate upgrading works and re-roofing works, budgetary planning and control, financial management, preparation and convening of council meetings and general meetings.

After 3 years’ working in a residential environment, his vision to make a switch to managing commercial properties realized when he was offered by Wisely Property Consultants Pte Ltd to manage its commercial portfolio. He was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the commercial properties; preparation and implementation of the fire evacuation drills and fire emergency plan; M & E upgrading works including central air-conditioning retrofitting, AHU replacement, lift modernization, common areas upgrading; liaison with the project consultants and contractors on the successful completion of the upgrading works.

In July 1998, he joined Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants Pte Ltd as a Senior Property Executive where he was responsible for fire safety management; financial management; property management and maintenance; verifications and approvals of tenant renovation plans for compliance with the Fire Safety Act and other statutory regulations; tender & term maintenance evaluations; contracts negotiation & execution for the installations / replacements / repairs of M&E equipment and retrofitting or reinstatement works. In Feb 2001, he was promoted to a Property Manager responsible for a portfolio of MCST properties.

He was invited to join HILANDAS as an Associate Director in March 2006.
